Instructions: How to Prepare Sea Moss
1. Place 1 oz of Sea Moss (or desired amount) in a bowl and let soak for 15 mins in filtered water.
2. Rinse Sea Moss thoroughly 2X to remove any excess salt, sand, etc.
3. Place Sea Moss in a bowl and fill with spring water until all Sea Moss is covered and let sit for 6-24hrs (Use lime as option to remove salt smell).
4. Drain Sea Moss and add to blender.
5. Blend until smooth.Add more water for desired texture.
6. Put gel in a glass jar and let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours and you will see the gel form.
7. Refrigerate up to 3-4 weeks. Freeze up to 1 year.
8. Add 2-4 tbsp to smoothies, teas, protein shakes, cold-pressed juices, hair masks, or skincare regime.
