- All our smoothies, juices, and products are dairy-free, kosher-friendly, and prepared fresh to order.
- Our cold-pressed juices and smoothies are non-pasteurized, meaning they are made fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
- Product color, taste, or texture may vary slightly depending on the availability and seasonality of fresh ingredients.
3. Orders and Payments
- Full payment is required for online orders at checkout unless otherwise specified.
- Catering orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance due no later than 48 hours before the event.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and processed successfully.
4. Refunds, Remakes, and Cancellations
- One remake is allowed only if Pretty and Healthy is at fault (e.g., incorrect order, missing item, or product quality issue).
- Customers must review their order carefully before checkout to avoid mistakes.
- Refunds are allowed in cases where there is an issue with the order, product quality, or a verified error on our end.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, delivery, or event.
- Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment depending on preparation progress.

- Delivery availability depends on location and scheduling.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery time window.
- Pretty and Healthy is not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickups or unreceived deliveries.

- Our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, seeds, and other potential allergens.
- While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
